Site Construction, Utilities and Earthwork. Work includes; site preparation, dewatering, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, mass excavation, foundation excavation and backfill grading, trenching, storm drainage, underground utilities, sanitary sewer system, asphalt, sidewalk and curb preparation.

The work to be performed provides for asphalt and concrete construction and repair including the removal and reinstallation of existing asphalt and concrete surfaces, “cut-out” demolition and installation, “patching-in” around new equipment, and repair or replacement of curbs and sidewalks. All work on this contract will be performed at various installations in the NAVFAC Northwest AOR.

The work performed included clearing and grubbing, erosion control, excavation, building demolition, utility demolition, onsite storm sewer, onsite sanitary sewer, footing drains, capillary break, onsite domestic water system, fire water system and water pump installation.

The work performed included replacing 1,150 LF of 18” ductile iron force main. Work included abandoning the existing in place, dewatering, asphalt patch and demo and replace existing roadway.

Construction of a new booster pump building. Work performed included, clearing and grubbing, excavation, trenching, water main install, 3 phase 480V pump skid system install, CMU block building, electrical, concrete slab on grade, wood framing, and miscellaneous pump house equipment.

Project consist of installing new water fluoridation system equipment. Work includes excavation, concrete slab on grade, CMU building, doors and hardware, fluoridation system equipment installation, and equipment controls equipment.

This project built a separated right turn lane from SR 305 to Suquamish Way, relocated the existing bus stop to a newly constructed island and installed a new traffic signal that help buses more easily merge into traffic. Work included; clearing and grubbing, demo existing structures and sidewalk, roadway excavation, storm sewer, roadway paving, concrete curb and sidewalk, new signal poles and signals, and traffic and erosion control.

The work performed included removal of a 24” concrete culvert on Harper Creek, installation of a 16’x11’ three-sided precast concrete box culvert at the Harper Estuary, and construction of a new channel. 66’ length of 8” asbestos cement water main was removed, and replaced with 8” restrained joint ductile iron water main. Backfill of culvert, installation of guardrail, placement of road base, sub-base, and hot mix asphalt layer, and striping.

Project consist of site development, clearing and grading, storm drain, sewer and water infrastructure, retention ponds, foundation excavation and backfill, footing drains, roof drains, utility trenching, grading and topsoil placement, Hydroseeding, final grading and driveway paving.

Replacement of existing culvert at Grover’s Creek under NE Orseth Road with a precast bridge structure. Work performed consisted of site preparation, grading, drainage, surfacing, cement concrete bridge structure, piling, sheet pile wall, HMA pavement, traffic and erosion control, and planting.

Project consist of moving existing utilities and excavation for construction of 30,000 square foot addition to casino. Work being performed includes, wet utility install, foot excavation and backfill, storm water infrastructure, grease interceptor install, grading, asphalt paving and erosion control.
